So very grateful for Jim's expertise and thoughtfulness. As first time home buyers and then home sellers, my husband and I greatly relied on Jim to look out for us, to stay in it, and to get the job done! When searching for a home, he helped us think about things we weren't (for example, "where are you going to store your pots and pans" he once asked us as we were smitten by cosmetics, but not really looking at the practicalities of a flipped kitchen). He saw a TON of homes with us - my husband and I are really picky and Jim stayed in it with us. He handled all of our anxiety when it came time to making an offer and negotiating - he was never too busy to discuss options and to strategize. And he has a lot of knowledge and experience. When it came time to selling, he made excellent recommendations and he and his entire team made our house look stunning (made me want to move back in!) and it sold very quickly. Earlier today we were looking at an open house in our building. We know friends that are looking and wanted to check it out for them. We met Jim and he immediately welcomed us, asked a couple questions and was extremely polite. After a few minutes of chatting he asked what do we do, to which my husband Tim, mentioned that he was an insurance agent for State Farm. Jim immediately asked for his contact information as he recently lost his State Farm referral and wanted to provide his clients access to an agent for those who want State Farm services. In the end we were most impressed that Jim (and Bob) had the best interest of their clients in mind and wanted to ensure them options. It’s rare to hear such client centered thinking, but it seems like Jim (and team) are getting it right!
